        Mr. Govind Chauhan, Advocate for the complainant. ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13 dated 24.01.2023, registered under Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Section 326 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Ram Nagar Karnal, District Karnal, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 18.04.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by her, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and she has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 18.04.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
