(Oral) Present petition has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to submit the status report before the Court in case bearing FIR No.74 dated 13.3.2020 registered under Section 365 IPC at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 25.4.2022 (Annexure P-2) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
