The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra to take action against respondent No.8 (Smt. ShivaniSarapanch, Gram Panchayat, Samani) for making false declaration in nomination form dated 26.10.2022 in the election of Sarpanch (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
