 That brief facts of the case are that on dated 13/12/2017, husband of petitioner No.1 namely Pyara Lal s/o Sunder Dass was found dead at his farm and after receiving the information the inquest proceeding u/s 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out by the investigating officer on 13/12/2017, and during the inquest proceedings no suicide note was recovered from the clothes of the deceased and neither any such suicide note as alleged by the petitioner handed over by them to the investigating officer on 13/12/2017 4.

That during inquest proceeding statement of Navdip son of Pyara Lal was recorded in which he himself stated that his father expired due to heart attack and he don't want to take any action against anyone. Copy of statement and police proceeding is appended herewith as Annexure R 1.

That during the inquest proceeding u/s 174 Cr.P.C.

 on 13/12/2017, statements of various persons were recorded by the police and in statement all the persons stated that the death is natural one and there is no fault of anyone in the death of deceased. That on 13/12/2017, Post Mortem of deceased Pyara Ram was conducted in General Hospital Sirsa (Haryana) and in the Post Mortem Report, Cardiac Arrest was opined as cause of death. Copy of post mortem report of the deceased is appended herewith as Annexure R 2."
