HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 106 dated 06.08.2017, under Sections 323,324,506,34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib and all other consequential proceedings qua the petitioners on the basis of compromise. Pursuant to the order dated 19.11.2018, the parties had appeared before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Fatehgarh Sahib, who has submitted the report stating that the compromise has been entered into by the parties without any fear and undue influence or coercion and the compromise is genuine and voluntary.

In view thereof, this petition is allowed. FIR No. 106 dated 06.08.2017, under Sections 323,324,506,34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib and all other consequential proceedings qua the petitioners are quashed.
