Inderjit Singh, J.
This order will dispose of the above mentioned two petitions filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.72 dated 28.5.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Barara, District Ambala. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that bail petitions of both the petitioners HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2018.08.21 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Cr. Misc. Nos.M-35242 of 2018 etc.
[2] have already been dismissed on merit by this Court on 20.7.2018 and 3.8.2018 respectively. In the earlier orders passed by this Court, it has been held that the petitioners are required for custodial interrogation and finding not fit cases for grant of anticipatory bail first bail petitions have been dismissed. No changed circumstances have been shown now in the second petitions. Again the learned counsel for the petitioners argued on merit, but the petitions on merit have already been dismissed earlier and no changed circumstances have been shown.
As already discussed, keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioners, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Further the petitioners are required for custodial interrogation. Therefore, finding no merit in these petitions, the same are dismissed.
