(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Hardeep Singh in case FIR No.75 dated 30.07.2018 registered under Sections 353, 186 and 427 IPC at Police Station Banga (Sadar), District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
