(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.74 dated 02.02.2018 registered under Sections 3B, 3C, 10(2) of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 and Section 420 IPC at Police Station Surajkund, District Faridabad. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
