Aggrieved by issuance of bail warrants by the trial Court, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC . 2.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusing the impugned order (Annexure P-6), this Court is of the view that it is for the trial Court to manage its own case and this Court restrain itself from interfering at all. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 4.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that surgery of son of the petitioner is scheduled, for which he needs to be present. 5.

Given above, subject to petitioner's surrendering before the trial Court, he is permitted to file an application before the said Court for exemption from personal appearance and the trial Court shall decide the same on merits in accordance with law.
