On 28.05.2024 the learned counsel for the appellants had pleaded no instructions in the matter and accordingly notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants. As per the office report the appellants are reported to have died. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellants. Today also, learned counsel for the appellants states that he still has no instructions in the matter. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
