In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.

However, the orders dated 12.09.2018 and 05.10.2018, providing adequate security to the petitioner are modified to the extent that necessary protection be provided to the petitioner as and when necessarily required.
