The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to restrain the respondent No. 3 from calling the petitioners again and again in his office on the pretext of conducting the inquiry in the complaints allegedly given by respondent No. 5 against the petitioners.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedies as available to him under law. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
