R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 107 dated 20.12.2014 for offences under Sections 354, 294 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Amritpal Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is stated to be no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the interim bail granted vide order dated 02.02.2015 is made absolute. Petitioner shall also abide by the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Allowed in the above terms.
