(Oral) Learned counsel representing the respondent submitted that while the present appeal is directed against the order, wherein certain directions were issued regarding custody of the minor child, but as of now the main case itself stands finally decided by the Family Court vide judgment dated 25.5.2024.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the main case itself stands finally decided by the Family Court, the instant petition against the interim directions is virtually rendered infructuous. The instant petition, as such, is disposed off having been rendered infructuous.
