Seeking transfer of complaint captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 447 r/w 528 of BNSS, 2023. 2.
I have gone through the record and heard counsel for the petitioner at length. 3.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be contended and satisfied if petitioner is granted exemption from personal appearance and she will be represented through counsel.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application from personal appearance before the trial Court. If such an application is filed, the trial Court is requested to consider the said application and exempt the petitioner from personal appearance in accordance with law, however, if in the opinion of the trial Court, on any date, physical appearance of the petitioner is required, she would appear in person or through video conferencing and the same shall be conveyed to the petitioner through her counsel.
