(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.331 dated 03.06.2022 registered under Sections 381 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Custody certificate and status report by way of affidavit dated 05.07.2023 of Satish Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Panipat, filed in Court today on behalf of the respondent-State, are also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
