**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No. 309 dated 15.12.2017 registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners are the jethani and the husband of the deceased and the main witnesses i.e. the complainant and his son have not supported the prosecution version. He further contends that the children are with them. The main witnesses have not supported the prosecution version. The trial would take time.
