(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that he had been allotted 05 marla plot by State of Punjab (P-1) and when he had gone to demarcate the plot, the accused raised objections and stopped them from demarcating the land and tried to take forcible possession of the plot.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the representation (P-2 and P-3) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
