Main Case Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 04.05.2018, under Sections 307, 452, 148, 149, 506 and 427 of IPC registered at Police Station, Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhdeep Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed off accordingly.
