Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate action against the persons, namely Kashmir Singh Bariar, Sukhjinder Singh Bham and Baba Amrik Singh who had stolen the huge quantity of construction material and gold, silver and other articles.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 7.7.2017 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, District Batala, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Batala, is directed to look into the representation dated 7.7.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law.
