(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of order dated 30.10.2014 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned SDJM, Khadoor Sahib whereby he has been declared proclaimed offender in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.9 dated 28.01.2014, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15.12.2015 of this Court, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit them to interim bail.

CRM-M-34356 of 2015 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and bail bonds furnished by him, in pursuance of order of this Court, were accepted by the trial Court. Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that he does not dispute the said fact. Considering the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, the order dated 15.12.2015, passed by this is hereby made absolute and the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioner shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
