The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for directions to the respondent No.2 to reinvestigate of the case arising out of FIR No.301 dated 01.12.2025 under Sections 115, 121(1), 132, 351 (2) and 352 of BNS, Police Station Chappar, District Yamuna Nagar as no offence has been committed by the petitioners however, the respondents No.3 to 10 are misusing their power and registered a false case against the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) before the respondent No.2. The learned counsel prays for disposing of the present petition by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the abovementioned representation within the stipulated time. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P-5), by passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order. It is however clarified that no finding is being returned, by this Court, with regard to merits of the contents of representation. The respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to make an independent assessment with regard to contents of representation of the petitioners, and take an independent decision at his own level.
