(ORAL) Challenge herein is to order dated 15.12.2007 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirsa whereby respondent No.1-Ashok Bhadu/ accused was acquitted of the charge framed against him in case under Section 420 IPC in FIR No.31 dated 10.03.2000, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 of IPC, at Police Station Sadar Dabwali.

Petitioner is stated to have expired during pendency of present revision, who was the complainant before the Court below and even, State has not preferred any appeal against the impugned order of acquittal dated 15.12.2007. Since nobody has come forth to pursue the revision after the death of petitioner/ complainant, it seems that no further proceedings are warranted before this Court. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
