The relief sought in the present writ petition pertains to the issuance of directions to the respondent No.1 to carry out necessary changes in the petitioner's date of birth, as recorded in the matriculation certificate. 2.

At the outset, this Court queried learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner had availed of the prescribed remedy by submitting an application in the requisite format along with the relevant supporting documents. Learned counsel fairly concedes that no such application has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1, who is present in Court upon having received an advance copy of the writ petition, submits that in the event the petitioner submits an application in the prescribed format along with the relevant supporting documents seeking correction of DEVINDER YADAV 2026.03.27 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that, in the event the petitioner submits the requisite application in the prescribed format along with the necessary supporting documents in support of her claim within a period of 15 days from today, the respondent No.1 shall take a decision thereon within a period of 30 days thereafter, in accordance with law.
