(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.28 dated 04.03.2021 under Sections 22(c), 61, 85 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Shri Muktsar Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if this Court directs the trial Court to expedite the trial. The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and try to complete it on or before 31.03.2023. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
