(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.213 dated 09.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 279, 337 and 427 IPC registered at Police Station Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, on the basis of compromise dated 06.09.2017 (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 15.09.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 26.09.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dera Bassi, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.417 dated 10.10.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar vide Endst. No.10356 dated 11.10.2017.

According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, voluntary and without any undue pressure or threat from anyone.
