(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.292 dated 17.11.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition as having rendered infructuous in view of filing discharge report by the police authorities.
