(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.839, dated 9.12.2019, Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, under Section 174-A IPC, which was lodged pursuant to passing of order dated 5.10.2019 (Annexure P-4), whereby they had been declared 'Proclaimed Offenders'.

This Court vide order of even date, passed in CRM-M-145092020, has quashed order dated 5.10.2019 on the basis of which the instant FIR came to be lodged. Consequently, the instant FIR cannot sustain and is liable to be quashed. The petition, as such, is accepted and FIR No.839, dated 9.12.2019, Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, under Section 174-A MOHAN SINGH 2021.09.21 11:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
