Upon verification of the facts, learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of DSP, Sub-Division, Abohar, District Fazilka. The same is taken on record. It is revealed that accused Sheru was a juvenile and has since been convicted by the Juvenile Court,Fazilka on 22.9.2015. However, respondent no.4, upon due investigations has been found innocent and cancellation report is in the process of being prepared.
