The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 27.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-26544-2016, whereby, the respondents were directed to revise the pension of the petitioners by including NPA for the purposes of revised pension and pay full pension to all the petitioners irrespective of the date of retirement even if they have not completed 33 years of service in terms of the law laid down by Hon'ble the Apex Court.

Both the parties are ad idem that full Bench of this Court in CWP-17310-2015 and other connected cases titled as "Shamsher Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others", decided the issue regarding SAHIL 2025.12.10 11:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-1248-2020 -2requirement of completion of 33 years of service for grant of full pension including NPA.

In compliance of order dated 27.01.2020, compliance affidavit of Dr. S.K. Singhal, Director, P.T. B.D. Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak dated 01.12.2025 is filed alongwith Annexures R2/1 and R-2/2, which is taken on record. 4.
A perusal of compliance affidavit dated 01.12.2025 shows that order dated 27.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-26544-2016 has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the calculation done by the respondents is required to be verified and in case, there is any dispute regarding the same, liberty be granted to the petitioners to approach the respondents or avail the remedy as is available to them in accordance with law.

Liberty is granted as prayed for.

In view of the same, contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 8.
