**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 for taking appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 to 5 and register FIR against them under the appropriate Sections of law and to investigate the case properly. Besides, a further prayer has been made for deciding the second representation dated 15.05.2020 (Annexure P-1) filed before respondents No.2 & 3. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Luvinder Sofat, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents (State). Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply the complete copy of the paper book to the learned State counsel during the course of the day through e-mail.
