NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jaswinder Singh, Police Station, City-2, District Mansa, submits that after thorough investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and presented before the competent authority for approval of the same. He further contends that after getting the approval, the same would be presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate.
