HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. G.S. Nagra, Advocate for the petitioners. Ms. Samina Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** The respondent has been served but has not turned up. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have since appeared in the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. The petitioners had been summoned in a complaint case for various offences under IPC as well as under Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. It is a matter of trial as to whether such offence is made out or not. Under the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 15.9.2017 is made absolute subject to the following conditions :- (i) They shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.
(ii) They shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.

In addition to that the trial Court may impose any term and condition found suitable to ensure that the petitioners do not abscond and interfere in the trial.
In case the petitioners violates any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
