The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34707-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondent to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioners. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and contends that a speaking order dated 13.03.2026 has been passed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, after considering the case of the petitioners. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order dated 13.03.2026 in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has already been supplied to the petitioners.
