RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate direction for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural)-respondent no.3 by way of self contained complaint dated 19.8.2015 (Annexure P-2), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without GREESH SAHNI 2015.10.09 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-34412 of 2015 expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural)-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance raised by the petitioner, including the threat perception and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural)-respondent no.3 is also directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners, as well as his family members at the instance of private respondents no.5 to 10 or anybody else on their behalf.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
