 Ms. Archana Vashisht, Advocate submits that she has instructions that the State has decided to have the remedy of an appeal but submits that in case no interim order is secured within next eight weeks, the order passed by the Tribunal will be implemented.

It may be noticed that the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement given by the learned counsel for the respondentUOI, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. It is noted that in case of the violation of the undertaking as recorded hereinbefore, a harsh view will be taken including initiation of the contempt proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
