Respondent No.2 Gurjant Singh was granted the concession of bail by order dated 24.9.2013 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.P.Nagrath The petitioner-complainant has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail on the ground that respondent No.2 had obtained benefit of being juvenile on the basis of fake juvenile certificate. The matter was listed before the said Bench but it was ordered to be listed as per roster.

I have taken up the matter for adjudication after the same having been listed before me. In order dated 24.9.2013, the Co-ordinate Bench has observed that Gurjant Singh is a juvenile on the basis of date of birth record. The role attributed to Gurjant Singh was also considered. Cancellation of bail, which was granted by another Bench, will tantamount to reviewing the order of this court, which is not permitted u/s 362 Cr.P.C. Dismissed.
