**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.39 dated 22.04.2022, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala. Vide order dated 11.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner was directed to join investigation and thereafter vide order dated 09.09.2022, the petitioner was again directed to join the investigation.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in spite of issuance of three notices, the petitioner has not joined investigation for the reason that there are other criminal cases registered or pending against him.

CRM-M-19943-2022 (O&M) -2Since the petitioner, despite availing ample opportunities, has not joined the investigation till date, no further indulgence is required to be passed by this Court.
