Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing impugned FIR No.21, dated 15.02.2019, under Sections 420, 370 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012, Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala (P-2) along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise dated 15.03.2019 (P-3 colly).

CRM-M-17184 of 2019 --2-- appeared before the trial Court on 07.05.2019, to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kapurthala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.526 dated 08.05.2019, duly forwarded by ld. District and Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, vide Endst. No.872, dated 16.05.2019.
According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kapurthala, is satisfied that complainant as well as accused have entered into compromise voluntarily and the compromise is genuine. In compliance of order dated 12.04.2019, original receipt qua deposit of costs has also been produced in Court today. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kapurthala, dated 08.05.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.21, dated 15.02.2019 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.
