**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Against the concurrent findings of the Courts below, whereby the suit of the plaintiff had been decreed, this appeal was filed by the defendant. However, nobody is putting in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Same was the position on the date of hearing. Even the order dated 16.05.2025 and 24.07.2025 have not been complied with. It is despite the fact that last opportunity was granted on the previous date of hearing.

All the aforesaid circumstances indicate that appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. As such, the same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
