(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced photocopy of cheques returning memo along with photocopies of cheques issued by the petitioner, to show that the same were bounced. Vide order dated 19.09.2018, a coordinate Bench of this Court has also observed that according to the compromise, the petitioner was not paying the installments.

In view of above, application for recalling order dated 19.09.2018 as well as main petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
