Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 29.1.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexures P-3 to P-6. He has further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation to Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar-respondent No. 2 (Annexure P-7) but no action has been taken so far. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar-respondent No. 2 is directed to look into the representation moved by the petitioners (Annexure P-7) and if required, necessary GURPREET SINGH 2015.02.02 15:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
