#$ !% Report dated 17.02.2016 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Sukhdev Singh and Malkiat Singh Member Panchayat as well as the accused persons namely Parminder Singh @ Gopi, Gurdeep Singh @ Gogi and Baljinder Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

Heard.

# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.130 dated 03.10.2011 registered at Police Station Sadar Moga under Sections 440/323/427/504/34/ 326/279/337/338 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
