RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0008 dated 23.06.2018 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Nangal Bhoor, District Pathankot. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surinder Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
