Notices were issued to the parties by the Registry. As per the service report, appellants No.1, 4, 5 as well as respondent are stated to have died. Appellant No.2 and 3 stand duly served. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellants No.1, 4, 5 as well as the sole respondent nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. None has also appeared on behalf of appellants No.2 and 3 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
