Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in this petition, petitioners have also filed a representation, Annexure P-16 which is pending before respondent no. 2.

We have asked Mr. Sandeep Moudgill, Addl. A.G. Haryana to assist us on behalf of the respondents.

On due consideration of the matter, we feel that ends of justice would be served if a direction is issued to Chief Administrator, HUDA to decide the representation, Annexure P-16 at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks.

Petition is disposed off.
