Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition may be disposed of in terms of order dated 26.11.2025 passed in CWP No. 34932 of 2025, titled as "Dinesh Kumar and another vs. State of Haryana and others".

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner was paid by officers out of their pocket and he was not paid by Department till 2023, nevertheless, respondent would consider his claim as per aforesaid judgment.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of Dinesh Kumar (supra). It is made clear that authorities would be free to consider nature of past service of the petitioner.
