RFA No. 4092 of 2003 3 Learned State counsel points out at the out-set that in the wake of the judgment of this court, dated 28.1.2013, in RFA No.4129 of 2003, "Surinder Rani and others versus State of Punjab" and subsequently, of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.7686-7687 of 2014 "Parkash Wati and others etc. vs. State of Punjab and others", all these appeals shall have to be dismissed Ordered accordingly.
