The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of Complaint No.75 dated 07.01.2016 registered under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 447, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; summoning order dated 14.06.2016 and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the matter stands settled in the Lok Adalat.
