# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of DDR No.18 dated 03.10.2011 under Sections 279/324/323/504/34 IPC in case FIR No.130 dated 03.10.2011 registered at Police Station Sadar Moga under Sections 440/323/427/504/34/ 326/279/337/338 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said DDR qua the petitioners are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
